1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of JobAgent (jobagent.work and app.jobagent.work), operated by Ant vs Bear Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15391307), 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. By using JobAgent, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Service

JobAgent is an AI-powered recruitment platform that matches candidates with job opportunities and provides employers with pre-screened candidate shortlists. We are not a recruitment agency. We do not employ candidates, guarantee employment, or make hiring decisions.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use JobAgent.

4. Candidate Terms

When you upload your CV, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We use AI to parse your CV and match you with job listings. Match scores are indicative — they do not guarantee suitability or employment. You apply to jobs at your own discretion.

5. Employer Terms

When you post a role, you confirm it is a genuine vacancy at your organisation. You must not post discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent job listings. Candidate data is provided for recruitment purposes only — you must not use it for marketing, resale, or any other purpose.

6. AI Tools

Our AI-powered tools (CV review, salary benchmarking, match scoring) provide general guidance only. They are not professional advice. AI-generated content may contain errors. Use your own judgement when making career or hiring decisions.

7. Fees and Payment

Candidate accounts are free. Employer subscription fees are as listed on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your CV and profile content. You grant us a licence to process this content for the purpose of providing our service (matching, parsing, review). We own all other intellectual property in the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

JobAgent is provided "as is." We do not guarantee employment outcomes, match accuracy, or uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, we delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
